(i) Programme: ' Solve Help for Innovative Plans ( SHIP')- Micro Financing and income generation

Vision Creation of a SHIP Development  Bank till 2015 in the ownership of dignified local women groups   associated with SOLVE-Nepal  and it's development efforts
Outcomes: 1. Participation of community representatives in every social, economical, political decision making process to equalizing gender, protect human rights and use for peace building and peaceful social integration'.
2. Human resources developed to deal conflict, psychosocial issues, gender, literacy, peace building and human rights as a cross cutting issues in a longer term in the changed context.
Utilization of outputs: 1. Raising voices against exclusion, participation in different forums, delegations and conducting interaction in different lairs of society.
2. Active local networks and linkages developed using local government facilities and support.
3. Used local education facilities, generate income by gaining the skill development used micro finance facilities for enterprise promotion and increased involvement in social events.
outputs 1. ' Developed active women key change makers with basic knowledge of women's rights, human rights and able to participate in decision making process of social, political and economic change'.
2. The children and youths suffered from past conflict, abject poverty and unemployed associated with the programme.
3. A youth network is established in the working areas creating opportunity to support for youth employment opportunity and capacity development is available locally.
Activities: 1) Organize capacity building programme in domestic violence, women rights and human rights
1.1 Collection of gender-differentiated data, identified gender needs, conducted gender trainings, integrated gender approach implemented.
2. Deliver skills based programme targeting to the enterprise promotion to raise the micro financing demand in the programme targeted rural poor households mobilizing internal and external resources.
2.1 Strengthening monitoring and evaluation section with establishing MIS management within the section.
3. Focusing on cluster development approach for agro product with developing proper marketing outlets.
3.1 Strengthening marketing system, distribution and production through preparing cooperatives, CFUGs for wholesale credit.

(ii) Programme: Empowerment, social justice and Peace

Vision Communities which respect gender balance, manage conflict, protect human rights through proper empowerment
Outcomes: 1. Women group members associated more than 25000 of the rural hills has raised their livelihood standard raising household income through developing micro enterprises, increased gender respect in society.
2. Innovations continued to reach in unreached remote areas of hills.
Utilization of outputs: 1. Women are capable for meaningful representation in groups, local governments, quality education to children, better health and better livelihood through social and economic empowerment through using micro finance for income generation.
2. Created a sharing forum for the development achievement of targeted community on micro finance in hills.
outputs 1. Expansion of micro finance services covering 100% VDCs of Dhankuta and started services in 20 VDCs of neighboring districts till 2015.
2. Outstanding loan at least 10 crores in the community raising saving more than 5 crores till 2015.
3. Concept of 'one village one product' developed and implemented.
Activities: 1. Develop inter linkages with other project beneficiaries for the expansion of micro financing services.
1.1 Capacity building of staff for human resource preparation of different lairs by self and using the network in national and international level.
1.2 Organize different workshop, collect opinion about the constitutional rights and law implications for their protection.
1.3 Continue education/ literacy in different areas to support for unreached communities for the proper empowerment.
2.1 Activise the children club, green clubs and child protection centre for making them aware for the protection of their rights as articulate by UN.
2.2 Support to CAAFAG children as identified in the past for their socialization process.
3.1 Prioritize youth focused programme to involve the youths in the employment and income generation activities.

(iii) Programme: Rural Water Supply Health and Sanitation

Vision ' People's accessibility in safe drinking water and sanitation, and aware for better health of women and child contributing Millennium Development Goal-2015'
Outcomes: 1. Accessibility of safe drinking water and sanitation to at least 50 remote rural communities with 5000 toilets and ICS installed till 2015 and improved sanitation and health information contributed to decrease child and mother mortality rate with aware women in basic health issues as MDG statement.
Utilization of outputs: 1. Involvement of women in health and sanitation related activities directly raising voice of women in concerned areas to achieve cooperation from local authorities.
2. Women started campaigning to construct at least 5000 toilets and ICS and use the household toilets as an health issues in community.
outputs 1. 25000 people have been benefited from the safe drinking water and sanitation facilities in the remote communities of rural Nepal with the basic education of sanitation able to mobilize the sanitation facilities in the community
2. Women groups are interacting about their health and other social issues in their meeting and installed/ used 5000 pit latrines and ICS at least 5000 in women beneficiaries household of SOLVE-Nepal.
3. Women began to raise and use local government facility to improve women and child health improvement.
Activities: 1.1 Execute at least 50 schemes implementation of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation prioritizing the rural remote areas of Nepal, for the better health protecting water born diseases.
1.2 Build and support to community to construct at least 5000 household toilets with concept of Open Defecation Free (ODF) in at least in 25 communities.
2.1 Create lobby to the funder, donors for the basic support to install 5000 ICS in the rural areas of SOLVE-Nepal till 2015.
2.2 Continue the information system about the IEC material on mother, child issues through using media, documentary and other materials collected from different sources and distribute in groups for discuss and take actions to improve women and child health issues.
3 Run awareness activities in health issues through different activities and mobilize VDC, Municipality and DDC funds allocated for women and child sector locally.

(iv) Programme: Climate change and environment management

Vision 'Aware community people to adapt climate change through changing cropping and cultivation practice, involved in environment saving to minimize the affect'
Outcomes: 1. Changing improved cultivation practice through adapting new ideas mitigating climate change affects to raise the incomes of targeted groups and communities.
2. Pro-poor focused programme are developed to address and involve the rural poor users of community forestry for the right inclusion in development till 2015.
Utilization of outputs: 1. Organize time to time stakeholders' consultations, participation in policy matters to save and use forest for the livelihood purposes.
1.1 Apply and established network to achieve support from climate change funds.
2. Initiated forest based agro-enterprises to gain the maximum values.
2.1 Use of skills and capacity development trainings to use properly in developing agricultural system in the project targeted areas raising incomes.
3. Sharing experiences organizing cross visits to gather new ideas, technologies, and crops diversification for farmer's benefit adapting strategies from climate change affect.
Outputs 1. Aware CFUGs, VDC network and revolving basket funds for the benefit of users' group established with proper awareness in users' groups following the group rules and regulations.
2. Skilled and trained human resources in the project areas for developing agriculture in their respected areas.
3. Management of agro product by developing product collection centre pointing some centre.
4. Exchange of agro enterprise knowledge by sharing with each other by creating forums within farmers.
Activities: 1.1 Capacity building of forest users group to manage and make aware on climate change.
1.2 Mobilization of revolving fund properly for the benefit of users groups to expand and save the forest
1.3 Established network of CFUGs and accessing in information.
2 Capacity development of farmers for improving agricultural system with improved and value added corps.
2.1 Developing farmers, intermediaries and entrepreneurs for the promotion of agro enterprises as a process of value chain.

(v) Programme: Local governance and accountability

Impact 'Empowered people to access the local development fund for the benefit of poor, excluded, women, children and marginalized people through creating good governance and social accountability'.
Outcomes: 1. Utilization of local development funds at least from 50 VDCs with collaboration with the local users for the livelihood of targeted beneficiaries.
Utilization of outputs: 1. Time to time stakeholder's meeting initiated to maximize the local development facilities.
2. People's participation in local development planning and implementation through proper monitoring system.
2.1 Publication of case studies, success stories for the replication purpose
Outputs 1. Informed people about the system of local governance, budget allocation and possibilities.
2. Friendly environment between local law implementers ( VDC secretaries, LDO, elected persons and political parties) and users for development maintaining social accountability.
Activities: 1. Organize people for the purpose of disseminating information about local governance.
1.1 Collect datas about the targeted communities with their basic needs and investment done from the state sector.
2. Face to face programme with the local authorities and users to empower and strengthen people to create easy access in local level.
2.1 Organize social accountability actions to make people and authority aware on public issues, protecting people's Right to Information (RTI) to create social accountability and good governance.
